Amy Hart was targeted by cruel trolls who fat-shamed her during her time on Love Island.
The reality star, 28, rose to fame on the ITV show in 2019, when she says she was at her ‘thinnest’, and looked stunning in the bikinis she wore on the show.
Before appearing on television screens she visited the gym daily and weighed nine stone, telling the Daily Mirror: ‘I was on a very strict vegan diet plan and then obviously I went into the villa and ate loads of cheesecake but I got trolled for being fat when I was at my absolute thinnest.’

The flight attended said that she now weighs 10.5 stone which is the heaviest she’s ever been but believes she is ‘relatable’.
She added: ‘People have thanked me for not looking like every single Instagram model.
‘It [body image] is a hard thing to talk about because it can be so triggering for people.’

Amy added that she is exercising and eating well in a bid to lose weight before going on holiday this summer but admits she doesn’t always find it easy to stay on track.
The television personality looked fantastic on This Morning earlier this month when she modeled a black bikini.
She took part in the show’s daily fashion segment and displayed some underboob in the two-piece.

Host Ruth Langsford asked: ‘Do you like the look?’
Amy replied: ‘I do, my mum doesn’t love me wearing an underboob bikini but I love it, I think I’ve got braver since coming out of the villa.’
The star’s television appearance came days she sparked concern among fans when she hitched a ride with strangers after being stranded on a night out.
The reality star had been to watch Magic Mike Live London at the Hippodrome Casino, after which she took a train from London to Anmering, where her usual cab company failed in collecting her â€" leaving her stranded.
After making her way along a dual carriageway, Amy was collected by a married couple â€" who she insisted were ‘not weird’ â€" and assured fans she was safe, however her tale was met with shock from concerned fans over the risk of the scenario.

After Amy’s night out, she told fans at midnight that she was concerned as her usual taxi company failed to get a cab to her, leaving her in danger as she was by herself.
She ended up hitching a lift from strangers after being forced to walk along a dual carriageway in the pitch black, endangering herself and ruining her £575 Gucci shoes when she couldn’t get a taxi home following the England-Italy match.
The blonde reality star said in avocado recording her movements: ‘I’m walking home. I got the train back to Angmering. All my family are obviously p***ed…
‘No taxis at Angmering. I phoned Angmering Taxis I was on hold until they cut off. So now I’m walking along the side of a the dual carriageway. My feet are wet because it’s this or walk through the park. Oh my God.’

Amy later updated concerned fans telling them: ‘I’m home. I didn’t realise how muddy it was.’
Showing off her ruined Gucci heels, she added: ‘This is currently my shoes but a lovely couple, Charlotte and her husband saw me walking alongside the dual carriageway so they stopped and were like you need to get into the car with us.
‘We’ve got two children, two baby seats in the back. We’re not a weird couple. And they dropped me home. I think I definitely need a new pair of shoes.’

Amy later wrote: ‘RIP England’s Dreams and my Gucci shoes and my relationship with Angmering Station Cabs.’
She also took to Twitter to pen: ‘Amy. Couldn’t get a taxi last night so walked home along the side of the dual carriageway…
‘Amy got picked up by a lovely couple who insisted on dropping her home. Luckily for Amy they were nice people. Don’t be like Amy, Amy is stupid.’
